摘要
情感因素直接影响学员在短期英语培训听说课的学习效果;有效的情感教学策略能帮助学员处于积极、有利的情感状态,促进听说学习;而教师的个人素质和情感魅力能激发学员学习热情,从而达到提高听说技能的学习目的。
Affective factors directly influenee the students'study in listening and speaking course of short - term English training program; affective teaching strategy wili help students be in a positive and preferable state in their listening and speaking learning; the enthusiasm of the students for studying can be aroused by teachers'personal quality and charming personality, which helps improve the students "listening and speaking skills.
