论新公共管理思想在社区体育建设中的创新

Innovation Research of New Public Management Ideology in Community Sports

采用文献资料等研究方法,总结了我国社区体育建设过程中存在的主要问题,分析了社区体育建设创新的必要性,从树立正确的社区体育意识、建立强有力的监督机制、引进绩效评估体系、引进竞争机制、建立数字化社区体育五个方面指出新公共管理思想对社区体育建设创新研究的建议。

By adopting literature-material .method, research, etc, this paper summarizes the principal problems during the construction of community sports and analyzes the necessity of, innovation during this process. In light of fostering proper community sports sense, building powerful supervising mechanism, introducing performance, evaluation system, fetching in competition tool and establishing digital, community sports, it points out the suggestion of new public administration horizon for innovatitive research on community sports construction.
