乒乓球早期专项化训练调查与研究

An Investigation on Early Specialized Training of Table Tennis

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等对早期专项化训练理论纳入乒乓球专项训练中的一些实际问题进行了实证调查和理论研究,结果表明:乒乓球早期专项化训练是可行的,符合早出人才、快出人才的规律和要求,为乒乓球后备人才的科学化培养提供了理论和实践依据。

The issue of early specialized training is a critical strategic question that has important implications for the sustainable development of competitive sports. Currently little systematic and practical research have been made to study this issue in the context of Table tennis specialized training. Utilizing methods of literature search, questionnaire survey, and logic reasoning, the current re- search empirically studied and theoretically examined some practical questions on the application of some specialized training theori- est in early specialized training of Table Tennis. The results showed that specialized training of Table Tennis is feasible. It suits the general rules and demands of early and fast search for talents, and provides theoretical and practical guidelines for the scientific training of talented reserve among Table Tennis players.
