摘要
本研究对燕麦属中检疫性杂草细茎野燕麦、法国野燕麦、不实野燕麦与非检疫性杂草野燕麦、燕麦利用分子标记技术进行检测,并对其反应条件及反应体系进行优化,筛选出1对引物AM1对应的标记在五种燕麦中具有多态性,能够用于检测进境检疫性燕麦种子,这对以后利用分子标记技术进行种间检疫性杂草检测具有一定的指导和实践意义。
Five species of Aveneae L. , which were quarantine weeds A. barbata Bort. ,A. ludoviciana Dur. and A. sterilis L. , and nonquaratine weeds A. fatua L. and A. sative L. , were detected by SSR makers in this study. After PCR reaction system being optimized, one marker AM1 was identified polymorphism among the five species of Aveneae L. and can be used to detect import qurantine weeds of Aveneae L. This study will play very important role in detecting quarantine weeds of different species by molecular markers.
