摘要
针对水泥厂生料磨机的复杂运行工况,常规控制方法难以取得良好的控制效果。本文提出了将模糊控制方法和传统PID改进算法相结合的控制策略,并且设计了一种水泥厂磨机Fuzzy-PI智能节能控制器。该控制器在郑州金龙水泥股份有限公司的运行结果表明,其对磨机负荷控制行之有效,且取得了良好的经济效益。
It's difficult to obtain optimal control by the conventional control methods for cement raw material mill' s complicated working situations. In this paper, a control strategy combining the fuzzy control method and conventional PID improved algorithm is introduced, and a Fuzzy -PI controller for cement mill is designed, at the same time electric energy is saved. The result of the controller in Zhengzhou Jinlong Cement Joint - stock Co. Ltd. shows that it is quite suitable for controlling mill and laad has achieved good economic benefits.
