摘要
本文阐述了网上银行客户关系管理中的客户需求信息的重要性和意义,依据网上银行的个性化服务的原则和目标,提出了客户需求信息发掘的模型,给出了各种客户需求信息的定义、数据结构及其收集和处理的过程模型。采用相关的算法模拟客户需求的动向。
This article mainly discusses on the customer demand information importance and the significance in the internet banking of CRM. On basis personalization service's principle and goal of internet banking, proposed the customer demand information explore model, providing a variety of definition for the customer demand information, data structure and its collection and processing process model and corresponding approach. And using relevant algorithms simulated customer demand trends.
