Some views on the establishment of the examination and appraisal system for maritime administrative enforcement archives

2007年交通部将交通行政执法案卷的评查工作作为交通行政执法检查和评议考核的重要内容。目前,全国各海事局先后建立了执法案卷评查制度。文中对建立行政执法案卷评查制度的意义、案卷评查制度的主要内容及其实施进行了阐述。

In 2007, the Ministry of Communications decided to include the examination and appraisal of archives of administrative enforcement as an important part of the inspection and audit of the law entbrcement. At present, all the MSAs in the country have established the examination and appraisal system for archives of maritime administrative enforcement. This article explains the significance, main contents and the implementation of the system.
