显性比较优势与贸易互补性——以河南省与中亚诸国经贸合作可行性为视角

Tangible Comparative Advantage and Trade Complementarity from the Perspective of the Feasibility of Economic Cooperation between Henan Province and Central Asia

从国家层面看,发展河南省与中亚各国经贸合作关系具有十分有利的客观环境。总体看,随着欧亚大陆桥在国际贸易中的作用的提升,沿桥的我国省、市大都加强了对此相关领域的研究。相对来说,河南省与中亚各国的经贸合作这一课题却鲜有涉及。通过分析河南省和中亚各国的进出口数据,运用显性比较优势指数(RCA)方法对河南省和中亚各国的产品进出口竞争力进行量化比较,从中得出河南省与中亚各国间存在贸易互补关系,在劳务、旅游贸易、农业、油气开发、经济技术合作等多个领域有开展经贸合作的理由及合作前景,对推动河南省的对外贸易发展有重要的意义。

From a national perspective,there is a favorable environment for Henan to cooperate with Central Asia economically.Generally speaking,with the effect of Euro-Asia railway in international trade strengthened,provinces and cities on the two sides of the railway conducted many researches into the field.Comparatively speaking,the cooperation between Henan and Central Asia is rarely mentioned.By using tangible comparable advantages references to analyze the imported and exported data of Henan and Central Asia economic cooperation, a conclusion can be made that there is a complementary relationship of trade between the two areas and that there are reasons and opportunities of economic cooperation between them in labour, tourism trade, oil and technology which is important to the international trade in Henan.
