摘要 目的:建立脉络宁胶囊中肉桂酸的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用Venusil MP C18柱为分析柱,甲醇—0.1%磷酸溶液(pH3.5)(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长278 nm,流速1.0 ml/min。结果:肉桂酸在0.011-0.090μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(Y=103640X-8954.4,R^2=0.9998),平均回收率为100.08%,RSD=1.32%。结论:方法具有操作简便、可靠、重现性好的特点,能准确控制药品质量。 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Cinnamie Acid Content in Mailuoning Capsules. Methods: Venusil MP C18 (5 μm , 4.6 × 250 mm)column was used for the HPLC determination, and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 1% phosphoric acid( pH 3.5 ) (55 : 45 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results: Cinnamie Acid has good linear relationship in the range of 0.011 -- 0. 090 μg ( Y = 103640X - 8954.64, R^2 = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery was 100. 16 %, RSD = 1.42 %. Conclusions : The method is rapid, accurate , good reproducibility, and suitable for quality control of the Mailuoning Capsules.
