摘要
对高钙粉煤灰混合水泥不同龄期雷氏夹膨胀值的研究表明,试件养护到较长龄期,其体积稳定性仍较差;掺入添加物可显著提高混合水泥的强度和改善其体积稳定性;60℃蒸汽养护可使混合水泥的1天雷氏夹膨胀值小于1mm,只要蒸养温度不超过60℃,对后期强度无不良影响。
The research on the stability of cement mixed with high calcium fly ash is made by measuring its Relis expansive ratio at different ages. The results show that the specimen obtained poor stability ever after long time. While the strength and stability can be improved significantly by adding admixture. The value of Relis expansive ratio can be less than 1mm after vapor curing at 60℃ and it has no negative effect on the later strength as long as the temperature of vapor curing is less than 60℃.
