摘要
在中温(35℃)条件下,应用批式单相厌氧消化技术,考察了光照对互花米草厌氧消化过程的影响.结果表明,光照对互花米草厌氧发酵有一定的促进作用,产气量提高了10.87%.这种促进作用主要发生在发酵前期,对pH值、丙酸的影响不大,可延长有机酸高峰持续时间,提高系统中某些喜光微生物的活性,促进微生物对纤维素结晶区的破坏以及互花米草中木质素碎片的溶出.
Effects of light on anaerobic digestion process of spartina alterniflora were studied by batch model under the temperature of 35℃. The results indicated that light improved anaerobic digestion. Bio gas production was increased by 10.87% and this promotion occurred in the early stage of digestion. The pH value and propionic acid were not affected significantly, while peak of organic acids lasted for a longer time. In addition, light increased the activities of some light loving microorganisms and promoted the destruction of crystalline of cellulous and dissolution of the lignin debris in spartina alterniflora.
