从两个设计立意谈起──天津市华苑居住区安华里小区规划设计浅析

安华里小区是目前天津市开发规模较大的华苑居住区的两个起步区之一，是建设部第四批城市住宅小区建设试点。文章从小区的两个设计立意谈起，探讨了设计的得失，对建设环境优美、适用经济的安居乐苑提出了一家之言。

Anhuali quarter is one of the first two quarters of Huayuan housing estates which scale is larger than others in Tianjin. This quarter is of the fourth urban housing estates construction test registered in the Construction Ministry. In Oct.1997, it passed the check given by the test office in the Construction Ministry, gained both the golden medal in Construction and the first prize in Planning & Design and Science Improvement. This paper discusses from two kinds of approach of the design,searches for its benefit and its shortage, put forward my own opinion to building satisfying houses with beautiful environment and proper price.
