It has become a developing tendency for our country＇s large stage framework to integrate the structure with machine; the Memory Tree Presented in the Closing Ceremonies of Beijing Olympic Games is a typical evidence for this view. Then, how to make the finite element analysis for such structures has also become the key and difficulty point of design This paper builds a simplified structure model for Memory Tree, carries ANSYS finite element analysis to it, and supplies some important reference to designer.
