分析了目前国内沿用的空气加热器选择计算方法中存在的问题。推导出一种选择以蒸汽为热媒的空气加热器的方法。给出了国内几种主要空气加热器产品的特性系数，并用计算实例验证了该方法的正确性。

Analyses some deficiencies of the currently used method for specifying air heating coils. Describes a newly developed method for air heating coils employing steam as the heating medium. Gives the characteristic coefficient of some types of air heating coils made in China. With two examples demonstrates the correctness of the method.
