Describes the features and applicability of various modes of the 3 in 1 system. Analyses and compares the conventional HVAC system with 4 modes of this in economic and social benefits. Considers that the 3 in 1 system can save energy including electric power, improve living standard, increase availability of equipment, and reduce initial and operation costs of projects. And points out some problems to be solved in popularizing the system.
