摘要
连锁便利店经营效率的高低在很大程度上取决于其产品配送效率的高低。本文就我国便利店发展现状以及现有配送系统的结构模式存在的问题,从连锁便利店的采购订货模式以及物流配送系统构建等方面提出了改进方案,旨在提高我国连锁零售业的物流配送管理水平。
The the level of operational efficiency of convenience stores is depends largely on the level of it＇s distribution efficiency. This paper is talking about the development of China＇s convenience store industry, as well as the existing problems of it＇s delivery system, and then this paper give some suggestions for improving China＇s retail chain logistics management level by building new procurement order mode, as well as the Construction of logistics and distribution systems.
