湖南国贸中心主体结构施工技术

摘要 湖南国贸中心主楼全高170.1m,公寓楼全高116.5m,施工中推广应用多项新技术,解决了泵送混凝土剪力墙竖向裂缝治理的技术难题,降低成本705万元,节省投资466万元,综合经济效益达2355万元。 The main building of Hunan International Trade Centre project has been designed of a total height 170.1 m with its apartments of a total height 116.5 m.During its construction,there are a great variety of new technology developed and applied to solve those difficult technical problems such as the pumped concrete method and the treatment of shear wall's vertical cracks etc.As a result,it has eventually reduced construction cost 7.05 million yuan,and saved investment 4.66 million yuan,and actually gained a comprehensive total benefit 23.55 million yuan.
