摘要
东方航空公司40号维修机库3200t超大型钢屋盖整体提升中,通过计算机系统实现千斤顶集群作业动作控制、吊点同步提升高差控制、吊点提升力均衡控制及操作台实时监控,解决了吊点多且分布不均匀、载荷差异大、液压机构离散性大及现场露天、风雨影响等问题,施工偏差和到顶后定位偏差小于设计限定值。
During the integral lifting erection of a super-huge 3 200 t steel roof of No. 40 hangar of the East Civil Aviation Co.Ltd.,the computer-control technology has been systematically adopted and fully carried out in the following operation namely :1, the procedure control of jack-group 1iftings,2,the elevation control of synchro-lifting of total hangars,3,the dynamic equilibrium control of all hanger's lifting forces and 4,the supervision real time control from operating platforms.So the computer-control technology has overcome all these erection difficulties such as :the due placement of numerous and various hangars' points, the uneven distribution of hangar's lifting forces,the great difference of loading capacities,the high diversity of hydraulic machinery, and the field operations to endure the hardships of rain-storm and tempest etc.In conclusion,both construction deviation and orientation deviation have fully met the requirements of their designs.
