金融危机形势下高校海外引智工作的思考

Reflections on University's Work of Introducting Oversea Talent Under the Situation of Financial Crisis

国际化人才的交流与引进已成为我国科技进步、经济腾飞的必由之路,也是加快高校学科建设的发展、提高科研水平和培养高层次人才极为重要的保障。面对金融危机下人力资源成本的降低和人才重新布局的新形势,我国高校应牢牢把握机遇,积极做好海外引智工作。分析金融危机形势下高校海外引智工作面临的新机遇和新挑战,对高校海外引智工作提供一些建议和借鉴。

International exchange and the talent introduction have become a motive force for China＇s scientific and technological progress, and the only way for economic growth as well as universities to accelerate the disciplines development and enhance the level of scientific research and train high-level personnel of the most important. Introduction of overseas talent plays an increasingly important role in raising the standard of teaching in universities, scientific research and personnel training level. To face the financial crisis and to reduce the cost of human resources and talents, China＇s universities should firmly grasp the opportunity to introduce actively oversea talents. This paper analyzes the new opportunities and new challenges about oversea talents introduction under the setting of the global financial crisis and provides a reference to improve the work of university＇s overseas talents introduction.
