摘要
当今高中生的心理负担很重,60%的中学生存在中度或高度挫折感;影响他们挫折感的因素主要有情绪、应对方式、人格、人际关系等。应充分发挥家庭、学校、社会的教育功能,培养中学生的抗挫折意识。
In today's high school, students have a heavy psychological burden, and 60% of secondary school students have a moderate or high degree of frustration, the causes of which are emotional factors, coping style, personality, interpersonal relationships. The family, school, social functions of education should be applied to train the anti-frustration awareness of secondary school students.
