扁桃体多形性横纹肌肉瘤1例并文献复习

Tonsil Pleomorphic Rhabdomyosarcoma:Report of 1 Case and Review of Literatures

目的探讨扁桃体多形性横纹肌肉瘤的病理诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对1例扁桃体横纹肌肉瘤进行HE切片、免疫组织化学染色等观察并复习文献讨论。结果镜检肿瘤细胞形态多样,由异型性明显的大圆形、多边形和梭形细胞组成,并可见蝌蚪样、带状和多核细胞,胞质丰富红染,核大偏位。肿瘤细胞特异性表达Myoglobin。结论在多形性横纹肌肉瘤中少数为带状及蝌蚪状细胞,绝大多数为圆形细胞,后者具有重要诊断价值,免疫组化能增加诊断的正确性,应与扁桃体间叶组织可能发生的其他肉瘤相鉴别,同时横纹肌肉瘤的亚型区分对治疗也很重要。

Objective To analyze the clinical pathologic features of tonsil pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma. Methods A case of tonsil pleornorphic rbabdornyosarcorna was described and the related literatures were reviewed. Results The histological appearances of tonsil pleornorphic rhabdomyosareorna was similar to that of the other parts of body. Irnrnunohistochernical staining for Myoglobin was positive. Conclusion There are less strap and tadpole-shaped cells and predominantly round cells in pleornorphic rhabdomyo sarcomas, the latter playing an important role in the diagnosis. The irnmunohistochernical staining can in- crease the accuracy of diagnosis. It should be differentiated from other tumors originated from tonsil rnes- enehyme cells. And the subgroups of the rhabdornyosareorna should be differentiated, in other to choose the right therapy.
