对我国城市建设中三个薄弱环节的探讨

文章指出我国目前城市建设中的“城市设计”“城市基础设施建设”“城市人聚环境”等三方面还十分薄弱，而这三方面对城市的发展，人类的进步又起着重要的作用。

This paper points out three aspects of the “urban design”,“construction of project for basic facilities” and the “urban environment”, which are very vulnerable and also play important roles in the urban development and the progress of mankind.
