摘要
文章对德国、荷兰在小城市建设方面的成就，进行了介绍和分析，并总结了国外的经验；对我国中小城市在经济调整发展时期的城市，建设提供了可借鉴的经验。
Based on the instroduction of the achievement of little town construction in Germany and Netherland, the paper analyses and summaries the construction expertise of some foreign countries. The expertise will be very instructive to the little town construction during this fast developing economic period in China.
