从三亚市的自然、地理、历史和现实条件出发，结合可持续发展的理论和量力而行的原则，提出以植被为主题来营造开放的、与市民生活息息相关的城市公共活动空间的构思。

In the light of natural, geographical, historical and realistic conditions, combining the theory of sustainable development and the principle of acting according to one′s ability, the thesis points out the concept of taking vegetation as theme and constructing urban public activity space, which is opening and closely related to citizens′ daily life.
