摘要
【目的】探讨CT导向下微波消融治疗技术联合无水乙醇瘤体内注射在原发性肝癌治疗中的意义。【方法】2005年l2月至2008年12月间,125例经TACE治疗后的原发性肝癌患者,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,对照组单纯进行PMCT,联合组在完成PMCT后立即对非保险区进行瘤体内无水乙醇注射术。【结果】肿瘤影像学评价,联合组69例,其中完全坏死62例,完全坏死率89.9%,高于对照组共56例,其中完全坏死42例,75.0%,经χ2检验,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】CT导向下PMCT技术联合无水乙醇瘤体内注射疗效明显优于单纯的PMCT。
[Objective] To analyze the clinical value of CT guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT) combined with percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI) in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. [Methods] The retrospective analysis was undertaken in 157 HCC patients from December 2005 to December 2008. ALL patients were randomly divided into group A (combination group) and group B (control group). The control group was treated with PMCT alone, and the combination group was with PEI after the PMCT. [ Results ] According to the results of the image, the complete necrosis rate was 89.9% in group A and 75.0% in group B, and the result was confirmed with χ^2 test(P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical therapeutic effect of CT guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT) combined with PEI is better than that of PMCT alone in HCC.
