摘要 在不使用粘合剂的情况下,制备3~5μm波段低红外发射率耐高温PbO涂层,研究不同粘结温度条件对涂层发射率的影响,并通过XRD、SEM、IR对样品进行测试。研究结果表明,随着粘结温度的升高、升温速率的减慢及保温时间的延长,涂层样品的发射率都逐渐增大,并从微观结构的角度对样品发射率影响机理给予解释;通过优化工艺条件,可制备发射率最低为0.20的涂层,且制备的涂层比较致密,与基板粘结的非常好。 Heat-resistant PbO coating with low emissivity in 3-5 μm waveband was prepared, and the effects on the emissivity of coatings were investigated. The samples were also characterized by XRD, SEM and IR. The results show that the emissivities of the coatings increased with the increasing of bonding temperature, the slowing down of the warming rate and the prolonging of holding time. The mechanism of the influence on the emissivity of samples from microstructure was also discussed. By optimizing the technical parameters, the low infrared emissivity of heat-resistant PbO coating can reach 0.2, and the coating is compact and can bond to the substrate tightly.
