摘要
DHP铜板是制造连铸结晶器的主要材料,表面硬化技术研究对于提高结晶器使用寿命,具有十分重要的应用价值。采用高应变速率下爆炸硬化方法,对厚度为14 mm的DHP铜板进行表面硬化研究。本研究方法打破传统塑性加工硬化和表面化学硬化等方法,是一种高能率硬化方式。通过检测爆炸硬化后DHP铜板表面的硬度、耐磨性及硬化层组织等指标,表现出突出的表面硬化效应,为这一研究成果的工业应用奠定了良好的研究基础。
The DHP copper sheets are main material to make the concasting mould. The surface hardening technology of copper sheet has an important application value which can prolong the operating life of the concasting mould. The surface hardening of the 14 mm thick copper sheet was investigated by the method of explosive hardening under the high strain rate. This method breaks traditional hardening method, for example plastic processing hardening and surface chemistry hardening and so on, So it is a method of high energy rate hardening. After the explosion hardening, the test results of surface hardness, wear resistance and microstructure observation showed a prominent surface hardening effect. This method laid a good foundation for industrial application.
