摘要
目的:观察125I粒子植入对人食管癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤的抑制作用。方法:采用雄性BALB/C裸小鼠建立人食管癌Eca-109细胞株的裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,将荷瘤鼠随机分为5组(每组5只):对照组(A组)、假手术组(B组)、低剂量组(C组,植入7.4×106Bq粒子1枚)、中剂量组(D组,植入14.8×106Bq粒子1枚)和高剂量组(E组,植入29.6×106Bq粒子1枚)。第30天检测各组移植瘤体积,并观察各组移植瘤组织病理学变化。结果:C、D、E组瘤体积与A组比较显著缩小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),D、E组瘤体积与C组瘤体积相比均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但D、E组之间瘤体积相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组和A组瘤体积相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C、D、E植入后30d肿瘤体积抑瘤率分别为71.5%、90.8%、92.1%。结论:125I粒子对人食管癌裸鼠移植瘤具有一定的抑制和杀伤作用。
Objective:To observe the lethal effect of interstitial implantation with ^125I seeds in nude mice with the human esophageal tumor Eca - 109 cell. Methods: The animal models of the human esophageal Eca- 109 cell tumor were established through the injection of Eca - 109 ceils into nude mice subcutaneously, following by the implantation of the ^125 I seeds into the tumor mass. The animals were divided into 5 groups and 5 nude mice in each group : A : control group, B : sham group. C : low - close group ( treated with 7.4 × 10^6 Bq ^125I seed). D : middle - dose group ( treated with 14.8 × 10^6 Bq ^125I seed). E: high - dose group (treated with 29.6 × 10^6 ^125I seed). The volume of tumor was measured, the inhibitory rate was calculated and the histopathological changes were observed at the 30th day. Results: The volume of tumor in C, D, E group was statistically significant different to A group. The volume of tumor in D, E group was statistically significant different to C group. But the volume of tumor between D and E groups did not demonstrate a statistical difference. The inhibitary rates of C, D, E group were 71.5% ,90.8% and 92.1% respectively. There was statistically significant different in the inhibitory rate between D, E and C group. Conclusion: This study verified that the ^125I radioactive seed shows a positive inhibiting effect to the Eca- 109 cell tumor xenografts in nude mice.
