^(125)I粒子组织间植入对裸鼠移植瘤抑制作用的实验观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察125I粒子组织间植入对裸鼠移植瘤体积生长的抑制作用。方法:雌性裸鼠16只通过肿瘤细胞接种的方法,建立SW620细胞株裸鼠皮下移植瘤动物模型,将荷瘤裸鼠分4组,在不同部位植入125I粒子,继续饲养21天后处死,以2天为1个单位,观察肿瘤长径(a),短径(b),肿瘤体积变化。结果:不同时间点肿瘤的体积变化可见各组实验侧肿瘤体积增长均慢于对照侧,以A组效果最明显。结论:125I粒子组织间植入可抑制肿瘤生长,有效距离为0cm至1.5cm。 Objective:To observe the effect of implanting ^125I seed on tumor growth of rectal cancer. Methods: Sixteen female BALB/C nude mice were divided into four groups ( each group 4) in random ; naked mice model with SW620 rectal cancer was founded via tumor transplant. To implant ^125I seed in tumor of four grous in different di -stance ,executed mice after 21days. Results: The increased tumor volume of experimental tumor was slower than that of control tumor in different time. Conclusion: The nude mice model with.SW620 rectal cancer is one of good animal model to research of the biological effect of radioactive seed to cure rectal cancer. The efficient distance of implanting ^125I seed to treat rectal cancer is 0cm - 1.5cm. The implanting ^125I seed can reduce tumor growth.
