摘要 目的:研究miRNA在胃癌石蜡包埋组织和新鲜组织的表达。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR检测6例石蜡包埋胃癌组织及其正常胃黏膜组织、新鲜胃癌组织及其正常黏膜组织的miRNA表达(let-7a,miR-21,miR-155),以U-6为内参对照。结果:胃癌石蜡包埋组织与胃癌新鲜组织中miRNA表达呈平行性高表达。结论:可以利用石蜡组织进行miRNA相关指标表达研究。 Objective:To study the miRNA qualities expression of gastric cancer somatic cellin the samples embeddied by paraffin and non - fixation tissue. Methods : Six cases of gastric cancer and the normal mucosar embeddied with paraffine, and 6 cases of non - fixed fresh samples of cancer and mucosa, were qualitvely RT - PCR expressed on the let -7a,miR -21 ,miR - 155 by ABI 7900 PCR set,U -6 was used as the reference gene. Results: Compared with normal mucosa miRNA value was higher in gastric cancer samples both in paraffin or fresh non fixed samples. Conclusion: It may be used to take the gastric cancer samples embeddied by paraffin for the miRNA qualitive expression study.
