内分泌源性血管内皮生长因子在大肠癌中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测大肠癌组织中EG-VEGF的表达状态,探讨其与肿瘤临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:收集2006年1月-2007年12月我院普外科大肠癌根治术病例128例,采用免疫组化染色法及IMS图像分析系统检测大肠癌组织、癌旁组织及正常大肠组织中EG-VEGF的表达情况,结合临床病理资料分析EG-VEGF与各临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:EG-VEGF的表达在正常大肠黏膜组织和癌旁组织中标记指数(labelingindex,LI)分别为26.1±9.2、31.2±11.3,差异无显著性。大肠癌组织中EG-VEGF表达的标记指数42.5±11.9,较正常大肠组织和癌旁组织显著升高(P<0.01)。大肠癌组织中EG-VEGF表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、腹膜转移以及Dukes分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:在大肠癌的原发灶和转移灶中,EG-VEGF是一个重要的促进血管生长的因素,并可能成为大肠癌患者一个新的预后因素。EG-VEGF的分子靶向治疗有望改善预后。 Objective:To investigate the expression of EG - VEGF in human colorectal cancer tissue and to assess the relationship between EG - VEGF expression and clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer. Methods : A total of 128 patients with colorectal cancer who received radical resection from 2006 to 2007 in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were enrolled into the study and EG - VEGF status was evaluated by immunohistochemical assay with their paraffin slices, the intensity of EG - VEGF was quantitated by IMS figure analysis system and EG - VEGF positive index was recorded. All data were collected in the format as mean x _+ s standard deviation and analyzed with SAS6.12. Results: The positive index of EG - VEGF were 31.2 ± 11.3 in tissue near colorectal cancer and 26.1 ± 9.2 in normal colorectal tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of EG - VEGF in the colorectal cancer tissue was 42.5 ± 11.9 ,which significantly higher than that in tissue near colorectal cancer and normal colorectal tissue (P 〈 0.01 ) ; The positive index of EG - VEGF was correlated with clinical classification. The higher positive index of EG - VEGF was, the more deep of colorectal wall penetration,lymph nodes involvement, distalmetastasis, peritoneal metastasis and the differentiation of tumor( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: In colorectal cancers ,the EG- VEGF is an important factor in angiogenesis in primary and metastatic lesions, and is useful as a novel prognostic factor. EG - VEGF molecule - targeted therapy has the potential for improving the prognosis of cancer patients.
