过量摄入三聚氰胺后致婴幼儿泌尿系结石的超声表现53例

摘要 目的:通过超声对过量摄入三聚氰胺后致泌尿系结石进行检测、分析,进一步了解超声在过量摄入三聚氰胺后致婴幼儿泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:对53例过量摄入三聚氰胺后致婴幼儿泌尿系结石的超声影像特征进行分析总结。结果:单侧肾结石32例,占60.4%;一侧单纯肾结石29例,一侧肾结石伴输尿管、尿道结石3例;一侧单纯输尿管结石16例,占30.2%;一侧单纯尿道结石5例,占9.4%。三聚氰胺的过量摄入量与婴幼儿泌尿系结石的大小成正比。结论:超声检查是对过量摄入三聚氰胺后致婴幼儿泌尿系结石简便、准确、有效的检测方法;防止三聚氰胺的过量摄入是预防婴幼儿泌尿系结石的主要方法。 Objective:To study the application of ultrasound diagnosis in children urinary lithiasis caused by overtaken melamine. Methods: Ultrasonographic features in 53 children urinary lithiasis with overtaken melamine were analyzed. Results:There were 32 cases with renal lithiasis in which 3 cases with both renal and ureteral lithiasi;16 cases with urethral Iithiasis;16 cases with ureteric lithiasis. The more intaking of melamine, was related positively with the urinary lithiasis. Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis in children urinary lithiasis with overtaken melamine has important reference value and can provide reliable grounds for clinical treatments.
