趋化因子及其受体与乳腺癌的关系研究进展

对几种趋化因子及其受体,即SLC/CCR7,SDF-1/CCR4,MCP-1及MIP-1在乳腺癌发病过程中的研究进展进行综述。乳腺癌患者的SLC/CCR7,SDF-1/CCR4,MCP-1及MIP-1水平较正常人高。对这些趋化因子及其受体的深入研究有望成为治疗乳腺癌的新靶点。

To review the relationship between chemokine and their receptor, SLC/CCR7, SDF- 1/CCR4, MCP- 1, MIP - 1, and breast cancer recurrence. The ehemokine and their receptors, SLC/CCR7, SDF - 1/CCR4, MCP - 1, MIP - 1, are higher expressed in breast cancer patients than normal person. The deep research on the chemokine and their receptors, will become new target of the breast cancer＇s therapy.
