纯钛和镍铬合金烤瓷冠切缘抗压强度的比较 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨和比较纯钛与镍铬合金烤瓷冠切缘抗压强度。【方法】按临床方法由同一代型分别制作大小一致的纯钛和镍铬合金前牙烤瓷冠各15个,测定其切缘瓷折裂时的抗力。【结果】纯钛烤瓷冠切缘抗折力902N,镍铬合金烤瓷冠切缘抗折力1029N。差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】纯钛烤瓷冠切缘抗折力小于镍铬合金烤瓷冠的抗折力,但仍远远超过正常咬合力值,能满足临床要求。 [ Objective] To investigate and compare the metal-ceramics compressive strength of the Ni-Cr alloy and Titanium. [Method] Totally 15 anterior metal-ceramic crowns of Ni-Cr alloy and 15 of Titanium were fabricated according to clinical technology from the same die, and the fracture force of porcelain on incisive edge were measured. [ Result] The mean fracture force of Ni-Cr alloy and Titanium is 1 029 N and 902 N. They are significantly difference (P 〈 0.01). [Conclusion] The metalceramic compressive strength of titanium is significantly lower than that of Ni-Cr alloy, but still far exceed normal occlusal forces, that could be meet the clinical requirement.
