乳腺癌保乳术后放疗93例临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Outcome in 93 Breast Cancer Patients with Conservative Surgery and Radiotherapy

【目的】观察乳腺癌保乳术后放疗的临床疗效和放疗反应。【方法】总结2001年1月至2006年12月在我院接受全乳放疗的保乳术后患者93例,随访其局部复发及远处转移,并按RTOG标准评估放疗反应。【结果】保乳术后放疗后患者中位随访42.5个月,无局部复发及远处转移病例。患者的放疗反应为1～2级。【结论】乳腺癌保乳术后放疗临床疗效良好,放疗反应轻微。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical outcome and the side effect of radiotherapy after conservative surgery for breast cancer. [ Method ] Altogether 93 patients were treated with conservative surgery and whole breast radiotherapy from January, 2001 to December, 2006 in our hospital. We follow up the local recurrence and distant metastasis and observe the side effect of radiotherapy according to RTOG standard. [Results] All patients are followed up with the median period 42.5 months, there is no one with local recurrence and distant metastasis. The side effect of the whole-breast radiotherapy is from 1 to 2 grade. [ Conclusion ] The clinical outcome of the whole breast radiotherapy after conservative surgery is good and the side effect is mild.
