摘要
【目的】探讨结直肠癌微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和临床、病理诸因素的相关性。【方法】本组33例,所有肿瘤经手术完整切除后作病理检查。测定癌组织的微血管密度(MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。MVD、VEGF与临床、病理诸因素进行统计学分析。【结果】结直肠癌组织MVD数值为22.61±9.01,VEGF阳性表达率为86.2%(25/29),数值为4.15±1.09。结直肠癌的MVD、VEGF在肿瘤的分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结和远处转移以及血清肿瘤检测指标(CA19-9、CEA)比较中均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。MVD和VEGF之间以及两者与肿瘤的大小之间也无显著相关性(P>0.05)。【结论】结直肠癌的MVD、VEGF可反映肿瘤的血管生成,其在肿瘤的分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结和远处转移以及血清肿瘤检测指标(CEA、CA19-9)比较中均无显著性差异。MVD和VEGF之间以及两者与肿瘤的大小之间也无显著相关性。
[Objective] To evaluate the correlation between microvessel density (MVD), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and clinicopathological factors in colorectal carcinoma (CRC). [Methods] 33 patients with pathologically verified CRC were included in the study. MVD and VEGF were evaluated by using immunohistochemical staining of surgical specimens with anti- CD34 and anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody respectively. The correlations between MVD,VEGF, and clinicopathological factors including TMN stages, size of tumor, serosal invasion, metastasis, CA19-9 and CEA were studied. [Results] MVD in the CRC were 22.61 ± 9.01 per × 200 field. VEGF staining was found in 25 of 29 tumors (86.2%). The scores of VEGF expression were 4.15 ± 1.09. There was no statistical difference between MVD,VEGF expression and clinicopathological factors (P 〉 0.05) by ttest anylasis. By using spearman analysis, there was also no significant correlation between MVD, VEGF and the size of the tumor (P 〉 0.05). No positive correlation was found between MVD and VEGF (P 〉 0.05). [Conclusion] MVD and VEGFean reflect the angiogenesis of CRC, but there was no statistical difference between MVD, VEGF expression and elinicopathologieal factors (Dukes'stages, size of tumor, serosal invasion, metastasis, CA19-9 and CEA). There was also no positive correlation between MVD and VEGF.
