摘要 大量研究表明激活中枢神经系统N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartate,NMDA)受体在神经病理性疼痛的产生和维持中起重要作用,NMDA受体拮抗剂可以有效地缓解疼痛。因此对NMDA受体亚基特异拮抗剂特别是对NR2B拮抗剂的研究有可能成为未来的研究热点。本文综述了NMDA受体的分布及其特异性亚基在疼痛中的作用,从而为临床治疗神经病理性疼痛提供新的靶点。 A huge body of evidence suggest stimulation of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors play a crucial role in the generation and maintenance of neuropathic pain, and N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDAR) antagonists can relieve pain perception. Thus research on NMDAR antagonists, especially on NR2B antagonists, will be of importance in the future. This review focuses on the distribution of NMDA receptors and the function of special subunits in pain, which may prouide a newtargct for treatment of neuropathic pain in clinic.
