摘要
目的:建立测定痔炎消颗粒中芦丁含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Merck Lichrospher C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1%冰乙酸(32∶68);流速1 mL.min-1;检测波长为257 nm。结果:芦丁回归方程为Y=1 865.5X+101.61,r=0.999 5;线性范围为0.299~8.970μg(n=6,RSD=0.91%),平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为0.91%。结论:所建方法简便可行,快速,可用于痔炎消颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:An HPLC method was established for the determination of Rutin. Methods:Using Merck Lichrospher C18(5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) with the mobile phase consisiting of methanol-1% glacial acetic acid(32: 68) ; The detective wavelength was 257 nm; The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1. Results: The standard curve was liner with the range of 0.27 -7.11 μg(n =6,RSD=0.91%), r =0.9995. The average recovery was 99.54%,RSD 0.91%. Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Zhiyanxiao Keli.
