补肾强脊颗粒对强直性脊柱炎患者外周血CD4^+T淋巴细胞凋亡相关基因表达的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Bushen Qiangji Granule on the Expression of CD4^+T Lymphocyte Apoptosis Related Gene of Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

摘要 目的观察补肾强脊颗粒对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血CD4+T细胞的调节作用。方法将30例AS患者随机分为补肾强脊颗粒组和柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组各15例,在治疗前和治疗后12周后分别采集两组患者外周血,分离CD4+T细胞,采用RT-PCR测定细胞凋亡相关基因Fas、FasL及Bcl-2、Bax mRNA的表达。结果补肾强脊颗粒可促进AS患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞Fas、FasL的表达(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对Bcl-2、Bax的表达无明显影响。结论补肾强脊颗粒可能是通过Fas-FasL途径影响CD4+T细胞的激活诱导的细胞凋亡作用。 Objective To study the effect of Bushen Qiangji Granule (Granule for reinforcing kidney to strengthen the spine) on CD4^+T lymphocytes of peripheral blood in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods Thirty AS patients were randomized into Bushen Qiangji Granule group and salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP) group with 15 in each. Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment the peripheral blood CD4^+T lymphocyte samples were collected and CD4^+T lymphocytes were separated. The expression of Fas, FasL, Bcl-2 and Bax was detected by RT-PCR. Results Bushen Qiangji Granule promoted the expression of Fas and FasL (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), while the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was not significantly affected. Conclusion Bushen Qiangji Granule induces apoptosis of CD4^+T lymphocytes through affecting the expression of Fas-FasL.
