Research and Application of A New Type Automatic Oiling Machine for Wire Cable

水文测站的钢缆每年汛期前都要上油维护,为解决人工上油历时久、上油不均的问题,研制了一款新型钢缆自动上油器,介绍了工作原理、主要优点,并结合龙门镇水文站实际应用情况,探讨了该上油器存在的一些问题及解决方法。实际应用和比测试验结果说明,新型钢缆自动上油器在缆道上油应用中简便、高效、安全,为防汛备汛、渡河设备正常安全使用提供了有力的保障。

A new type automatic oiling machine for wire cable is developed to solve problems of long artificial oiling time and uneven oiling. This article firstly introduces main working principle and advantages of the machine, then approaches a subject about its existing problems and solutions combining with its practical application in hydrological station in Longmen town. The practical application and comparative test proves that the machine features convenient operation, high efficiency and safety, which can provide strong guarantee for flood prevention ＆ preparation and normal ＆ safe use of river crossing equipment.
