气相色谱-质谱联用法测定烟草中尼古丁的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,采用选择离子检测法测定烟草中尼古丁的含量。方法:采用DB-5MS色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),氦气为载气,60~280℃程序升温;质谱为检测器,选择性检测m/z84的离子;样品采用乙酸乙酯超声提取,外标法计算尼古丁的含量。结果:尼古丁浓度在0.01~10mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=6);平均回收率(n=5)为98.3%,RSD为2.0%;检测限为10pg。结论:本法简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于烟草中尼古丁含量的控制。 Objective:To establish a GC/MS method for the determination of nicotine in tobacco. Methods:Nico- tine in tobacco was extracted with ethyl acetate and analyzed on a DB -5MS column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) with programming temperature from 60 to 280 ℃. Helium was used as carrier gas. Selected ion monitoring mode was used with the target ion of m/z 84. Quantitative analysis was performed by external standard method. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01 - 10 mg· mL -1 (r =0. 9998 ,n =6) ;The average recovery was 98.3% (RSD =2.0% ,n =5). The limit of detection was 10 pg. Conclusion:This method is sensitive,accurate,re- peatable, easy to operate and can be used for the nicotine content of tobacco.
