Next generation pharmaceutical impactor and its application

摘要 新一代药用撞击器(next generation pharmaceutical impactor,NGI)符合空气动力学的特征要求,可在30~100L·min-1范围的气流速度下操作,具有使用方便,既能自动化操作,也能手动操作等特点,将成为评价药用吸入剂粒度大小分布的首选撞击器。本文参考国内外文献资料,综述了NGI装置的设计、校准及其应用。 Next generation pharmaceutical impactor(NGI),based on the aerodynamic principle and operated at any inlet flow rate between 30 and 100 L·min-1,is convenient for both automation and manual manipulation and will become the preferred device to evaluate the particle size distribution of pharmaceutical inhalation products.In this paper,the design and calibration of NGI device and its application are reviewed according to the domestic and foreign literatures.
