辨病施治、辨证论治与对症治疗

Treatment Based on Disease, Treatment by Differentiating Sydrome,Treatment According to Symptoms

针对现代医学的病应同“病”同治，异“病”异治，有是病用是药，尤其是对已有特效药的按中医学无“证”可辨者。辨病治疗的不同阶段，存在有特殊病理变化——证候不同，须视具体病情、证候辨证论治，证同治亦同，证异治亦异，有是证用是药，尤其是病因不明、机理不清者，同病可异治，异病可同治。对主症明显、症状危急、兼症突出者可用对症治疗。治病＋治证＋治症，三者在分清主次、权衡急缓后同时进行。

Abstract In view of the disease of modern medicine,same disease should be treated with same method and different disease with different method,especially for those which have no“syndrome”for differentiation and can be treated by specific remedy.During the different stage of diagnosis and treatment based on disease,there are special pathologic changes:if the syndrone is different,the diagnosis and treatment should be based on specific disease and sydrome,(that is,the same freatment for the same syndrome,different treatment for different syndrome,the certain medicine for the certain syndrome),especially for those which have indistinct cause and mechanism,the same disease can be treated with different methods,and diferent diseaese with same method.And for those which have clear and critical main symptoms and the concurrent symptom is prominent,the method of treatment according to symptoms can be used.In order to take advantage of three methods to gain the best curative effect,after distinguishing the primary and secondary,weighing the relative importance,the three methods of treating disease,treating syndrome ane treating symptoms can be used at the same time
