发展邮政物流 促进农村物流发展

流通连接生产和消费,在国民经济发展中起着非常重要的作用。我国农村消费市场发展起步晚,农村物流基础设施建设落后,农村流通市场建设远远落后于城市,严重制约了我国国民经济整体水平的提升。物流业纳入国家十大产业振兴规划,为发展农村物流带来了机遇。文章提出,鉴于我国农村流通市场体系的特点以及邮政网点的高覆盖率,在农村发展邮政物流势在必行,邮政物流在农村流通市场大有可为。而要更好地促进邮政物流在农村的发展,必须转变并加强现代物流理念,完善流通体系,实现流通渠道的双向化。

The start of China＇s rural development of the consumer market was late, logistic infrastructure in rural areas was backward. The logistics industry was one of the Top Ten Industry of the National Rejuvenation Plan, it brought vitality for the development of logistics in rural areas. Given the characteristics of China＇s rural areas, as well as the high coverage of the postal network, the development of Post Logistics in the rural areas must be imperative, post logistics will play an important role in the rural circulation market. To promote the development of post logistics in rural areas, we should adopt such changing and strengthening the concept of modem logistics, improving the circulation system and distribution channels, etc.
