应用微型骨锚钉治疗指伸肌腱止点断裂体会11例

The Clinical Effect of Mini Bone Rivet for Rebuilding the Terminal Extensor Tendon in 11 Patients

目的探讨微型骨锚钉在指伸肌腱止点断裂伤修复中的临床疗效。方法选择2006年6月至2008年11月安徽淮南东方肿瘤医院骨科的11例锤状指患者,均采用微型Anchor钉重建伸肌腱止点的手术方法治疗。其中男9例,女2例,年龄21～46岁。全部病例均进行临床随访,3～6个月,按Dargan功能评定法评定疗效,分别从患指主动活动范围,关节稳定性及疼痛和影像学检查等评价。结果优9例,良2例。全部患者于术后6周左右复查X线片均未见骨锚松动、脱落。全部患者在术后8周远侧指间关节活动自如,均获得满意结果。结论使用微型骨锚钉重建伸肌腱止点手术治疗锤状指,具有操作简便、易于掌握的优点,疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of mini bone rivet for rebuilding the terminal extensor tendon. Methods From June 2006 to November 2008, Eleven patients with mallet fingers including 9 males and 2 females who visit to tumor hospital of Huainan east general hospitals, aged 21 to 46 years old, who were treated by using mini Anchor were selected for this study. All the patients were followed up by telephone and questionnaire and evaluated by the Dargan scales, including the movements, stableness, pain and radiograph of the fingers. Results According to Dargan scales, the result was excellent in 9, good in 2. Radiograph showed that no loosening or defluxion was found in anchor 6 weeks after operation. And the function of distal interphalangeal joint of all patients recovered well at 8 weeks after operation. Conclusions Mini bone rivet is easy and simple to rebuild the terminal extensor tendon insertion for the treatment of mallet fingers, and the result is reliable.
