Setting up training center to improve clinical nursing teaching quality

目的:提高护理临床教学质量。方法:成立护理培训中心,配备专职教学人员,负责临床教学的业务教学管理。对护士强化护理技能、训练教学技能、培养人文素养;对护生实习前严格岗前培训,实习中跟踪实习过程,实习末全面指导。结果:临床教学质量和护士素质得到提高。结论:成立护理培训中心是提高护理临床教学质量的一条有效途径。

Objective： To improve clinical nursing teaching quality. Method： A nursing training center was set up. Some full-time teachers who were responsible for the management of the clinical teaching were assigned. They taught nurses how to improve their nursing technique, teaching skill and humanity character. For nursing students, the training courses covered all of the periods of clinical practice, including preparation, follow-up and direction at the end of practice. Results： The quality of clinical nursing teaching improved and nurses got more educated. Conclusion： It is an effective way that setting up a nurse training center to improve clinical nursing teaching quality.
