摘要
目的:提升合同制护士的综合素质,保证护理安全,提高护理质量。方法:规范录用,严格培训,引入竞争激励机制,实行市级和院内人事代理相结合制度,逐步达到同工同酬。结果:院领导和护理部的重视使合同制护士解除了后顾之忧,为医院建设和发展贡献力量。结论:经过不懈的努力,合同制护士的主人翁意识和责任感明显增强,整体素质、护理水平明显提高。
Objective: To enhance the overall quality of the contract nurses, ensure care security, and improve nursing quality. Methods: The management methods of contract nurses were: standardizing employing procedure, training strictly, introducing competition and incentive mechanism, implementing municipal and hospital personnel agency combining system, and achieving equal pay for equal work step by step. Results: The attention from the hospital leaders and nursing department relieved worry of the contract nurses and encouraged them to work hard for the hospital construction and development. Conclusion: With unremitting efforts, the ownership sense and responsibility of the contract, nurses enhanced, and their overall quality and care level improved markedly.
