目的:提升合同制护士的综合素质,保证护理安全,提高护理质量。方法:规范录用,严格培训,引入竞争激励机制,实行市级和院内人事代理相结合制度,逐步达到同工同酬。结果:院领导和护理部的重视使合同制护士解除了后顾之忧,为医院建设和发展贡献力量。结论:经过不懈的努力,合同制护士的主人翁意识和责任感明显增强,整体素质、护理水平明显提高。

Objective： To enhance the overall quality of the contract nurses, ensure care security, and improve nursing quality. Methods： The management methods of contract nurses were： standardizing employing procedure, training strictly, introducing competition and incentive mechanism, implementing municipal and hospital personnel agency combining system, and achieving equal pay for equal work step by step. Results： The attention from the hospital leaders and nursing department relieved worry of the contract nurses and encouraged them to work hard for the hospital construction and development. Conclusion： With unremitting efforts, the ownership sense and responsibility of the contract, nurses enhanced, and their overall quality and care level improved markedly.
