摘要
目的:观察益气活血复方参芎滴丸预处理对局灶性脑缺血模型SD大鼠脑梗死体积、尼氏体的变化,探讨其在诱导脑缺血耐受中的意义。方法:电凝法制作大脑中动脉闭塞大鼠模型,造模前按5、10、20倍临床剂量灌胃8d,与环磷酰胺作对照。用图像处理软件计算脑梗死体积、光镜下观察尼氏体结构、采用Mias-2000高清晰度彩色病理图文报告系统半定量分析尼氏体染色。结果:与模型组比较,参芎滴丸高、中、低剂量组及环磷酰胺组72h梗死体积明显缩小(P<0.05);参芎滴丸3个剂量组均能增加尼氏体的表达,3组之间有量效关系(P<0.05)。结论:参芎滴丸预处理对局灶性脑缺血模型SD大鼠有神经保护作用,可诱导脑缺血耐受。
Objective: To investigate the effect of preconditioning with Shenxiong Pill on the infarct volumes and nissle bodies in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), to explore Shenxiong Pill's role in ischemic tolerance in SD rats. Methods: Before rats with MCAO by electrocoagulation were made, the Shenxiong Pill was given for 8 days through stomach, and the control group was given by cyclophosphamide. Infarct volumes and nissle bodies were measured with Computer-assisted imaging and Optics microscope Results : Compared with the model group, Infarct volumes in the groups of Shenxiong Pill and cyclophosphamide decreased obviously( P 〈 0.05), and also Shenxiong Pill could improve the expression of nissle bodies( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Preconditioning with Shenxiong Pill had the protective effect to the brain of SD rats with MCAO and could induce ischemlc tolerance.
