肉桂对哮喘模型豚鼠血清中IL-25、的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Cortex Cinnamomi on Serum Levels of Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-5 in Asthma Guinea Pigs

摘要 目的:观察肉桂对哮喘模型豚鼠血清中IL-2、5的影响,探讨肉桂平喘的作用机制,以期为临床用药提供理论支持。方法:参照文献构建豚鼠哮喘复合肾阳虚模型,以氨茶碱为阳性对照药,分别以放射免疫方法和ELISA法检测豚鼠血清中IL-2、5的变化。结果:肉桂各剂量组能明显降低血清中IL-25、的含量(P<0.05)。结论:肉桂平喘的作用机制可能在于降低血清中IL-2含量,使IL-5合成减弱,进而使炎症细胞部位嗜酸粒细胞、淋巴细胞等减少,减缓气道慢性炎症形成。 Aim:To observe the effect of cassia on IL-2 and IL-5 in asthma model guinea pig serum, and to study the mechanism of cassia stoping asthma action, which would be wish to provide theory support for clinical medication. Methods: To construct guinea pig asthma and insufficiency of kidney-YANG model. Aminophylline was positive control drug. To detect the variation of IL-2 and IL-5 in guinea pig serum by radio- immunity means and ELISA means. Results : The every dose group of cassia could reduce obviously the content of IL-2 and IL-5 in guinea pig serum( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Cassia reduced the variation of IL-2 in guinea pig serum, which weakened the synthesis of IL-5. Inflammatory cell reduced such as EOS and Lc. Chronic inflammation of air tube slow down. This maybe the mechanism of action of cassia relieving asthma.
