开郁清胃颗粒对OLETF大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究开郁清胃颗粒对OLETF胰岛素抵抗大鼠肝及骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合率的影响。方法:32周龄雄性OLETF实验大鼠随机分成4组:模型组、罗格列酮组、开郁清胃颗粒大、小剂量组,正常对照组选用同龄Wastar大鼠。各组分别给药4周行正常血糖高胰岛素钳夹实验后检测各项指标。结果:中药小剂量治疗组与糖尿病模型组相比,肝脏及肌肉细胞膜胰岛素受体结合率升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),胰岛素和胰高血糖素水平无明显变化。结论:开郁清胃颗粒可增加肝及骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合率。 To investigate the effect of Kaiyu-Qingwei-Keli on insulin binding rate of liver and skeletal muscle cell membranes in OLETF rat. Methods:At age of 32 weeks male OLETF rats were randomly divided into four groups, i. e model group, rosiglitazone group, small and big dose Kaiyu-Qingwei-Keli group. The same age Wastar rats were chosed as the normal group. Various items were measured after 4 weeks treatment and englycemic clamp method. Results: Kaiyu-Qingwei-Keli small dose group had higher rate insulin binding of liver and muscle cell membranes ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01)than that of model group ( P 〈 0.001). But the level of insulin and glucagon had not obvious change. Conclusion:The mechanism of Kaiyu-Qingwei-Keli was that it can increased the binding rate of insulin receptor of liver and muscle cell membranes.
